3. Cleaver and chopper 2 in 1 - The thickness of the blade is between 2.4mm and 3mm, and the angle is between 15° and 25°. The front part of the blade is similar to a cleaver knife, and the rear part is similar to a bone cutter. It's a versatile Chinese chef's knife that's great for home kitchen.
